Are Donor Eggs an Option for me

I am 41 years old and completed 1 IVF cycle that was not successful in November 2009. They retrived 6 eggs of which only one fertilized and was transfered. I have blocked fallopian tubes and polysystic ovaries. As a self pay patient I am exploring all my options because of extremely limited funds. It seems my chances using donor eggs are greatly increased. Am I a candidate?
