Default supplements for IVF

We are going for our fourth frozen SET this month and I am trying to do as much as possible on my end to make this one successful. I am eating better and getting more regular exercise and sleep, reducing my stress, and cutting out caffine. Are there any vitamin supplements I can take that may help other than the over the counter prenatals with DHA that I am already taking? Any vitamins I could take that may be specifically helpful to a frozen IVF cycle? Below are two items I found during an internet search. What is your opinion on these supplements, should I find them and take them? They are not in my reguar prenatal vitamins. Thanks!

• PABA (para-ami***enzoic acid) (400 mg/day) Some women have become pregnant with PABA. PABA is believed to increase the ability of estrogen to facilitate fertility. (Sieve BF. The clinical effects of a new B-complex factor, para-ami***enzoic acid, on pigmentation and fertility. South Med Surg 1942;104:135–9)
• Co-enzyme-Q10 (30-100 mg/day) May improve egg quality.
• L-Arginine (16 g/day) Was shown to increase fertility in women who had previously failed in-vitro fertilization-IVF-procedures. (Battaglia C, Salvatori M, Maxia N, et al. Adjuvant L-arginine treatment for in-vitro fertilization in poor responder patients. Hum Reprod 1999;14:1690–7)

I unfortunately am not up on the effect of these supplements. We are opening the Berkley center for reproductive wellness at ECF in September. This will bring new expertise like reproductive accupuncturist Mike Berkley to ECF giving us better background in accupunctue, herbs and vitamins.

That's amazing!!! He is supposed to be one of the best acupuncturist in NY!!!
My acupuncturist actually studied under him I think. She is great and offers discount prices! 75$ for first session and then 35$ each additional one. I am going to see her 3x a week during this cycle b/c of the price!
