Is this normal?

I had my first IUI on 3/31/2010 using clomid/follistim/ovidrel. I got my period 4/16/2010. When I went in for sono/bloodwork to start round 2, I was told I had too many cysts and my ovaries needed a break. I'm supposed to call when my period starts. I'm currently on Day 39 of my cycle and still no period. Is this common when going off of the above referenced drugs? Is menstruation typically delayed?
