Late Period
Hi,
My period is late, but three days ago I got a negative pregnancy test. The digital kind so it's pretty clear "Not Pregnant." Every few months, despite a negative pregnancy test, and a period that usually follows I get pregnancy symptoms: full breasts, sensitive nipples (makes taking a shower painful) , a bloated stomach, cravings, even nausea. Is this all mental, or could I actually become pregnant and loose the baby without even knowing I was ever pregnant?

I think the best thing to do when you experience pregnancy symptoms is to come to office, be examined and check progesterone and hcg. A biochemical pregnancy is a possibility as is persistent corpus luteum with elevated progesterone.
